Before you pay off any outstanding debt, make sure the debt is valid.  Get a copy of the contract between you and the original creditor.

If you have collections on your credit report – Try removing collection debt off your credit report first by completing this form below.  The form below will tell Equifax that you believe that the reported collection shouldn’t be there.  It may not be valid debt because you have never heard of this collection agency that is calling you.  In return, Equifax will determine in 30 days or less if the actual collection or debt is valid.  If the collection company that holds the collection (which might be an error) cannot prove that this is a valid debt, then Equifax will remove the collection information off your credit report.  Remember, first check if the debt is valid before you decide to pay it off.  You are entitled to see a copy of the contract between you and your creditor before you pay anything off.  Equifax must keep your credit report accurate an they try hard to do so.  This is why they provide a form as such below.

THIS IS THE FORM

You will need to complete the form online, print the form and then I recommend faxing it to them @ (514) 355-8502.  Take note of the time and date of your fax and follow up with them 10 days after your fax was sent.  Remember you are telling Equifax that these are mistakes and that the collections shouldn’t be there.

Obviously you will need to get a copy of your credit report.  I just want to make you aware of a way that you can get something called Debtwatchers (see attached video).  It is a product offered by Equifax and they work with Primerica.  If you want to get a copy of your report via this way then click on this link and use this code: VHCS9.

Here are the seven levels:

7-Mastery
6-Experience
5-Discipline
4-Individual
3-Aspiration
2-Mass
1-Animal

Starting at the lowest level of awareness to the highest, here are brief descriptions of each level:

1-Animal: This level of awareness is the stimulus-response level, also known as the reactionary or the fight, flight or freeze level. There is very little, if any, thought at this level.

2-Mass: At this level, an individual is concerned about what others think about them. And it’s not what others actually think, it is what they think others think. Comments like, “what will the neighbors think”, “what will my parents think” are common questions asked at this level. This is the conforming level of awareness, or the “following the crowd” level. It is where the majority of people live their lives.

3-Aspiration: I like to call this level the “caterpillar” level. Imagine a caterpillar walking along a branch towards a leaf for a little dinner. While the caterpillar is eating the leaf, he says to himself, “I think I’m meant for more than this.” As a person starts to read quality information or listen to others with quality information, like Wallace D. Wattles, Jack Canfield, Michael Beckwith, Bob Proctor, Napoleon Hill and others, that person starts to realize that there is something more that they’re capable of.

4-Individual: After aspiring to something better, this person begins to acknowledge that he is a worthwhile, amazing individual that is capable of amazing things. But this level, by itself, won’t cut it. The individual level is intimately tied to the fifth level.

5-Discipline: This level is absolutely critical to the person who has aspired to break away from the Mass level of awareness. Without disciplining oneself to take action, there will be insufficient force to make that break from the Mass. It’s similar to the gravitational force of a planet, such as earth. Earth has a very large mass and therefore has a very strong gravitational force that keeps things on its surface. In order to break away from the gravitational force of the earth, a rocket has to have tremendous thrust. That thrust is similar to the discipline required for an individual to break away and actually do the things they have aspired to.

6-Experience: As the individual applies the discipline and does those things that will elevate him to new levels, the experience gained will reinforce that person’s awareness of his own abilities. This reinforces the individual and discipline levels of awareness and leads to greater and greater accomplishments. “That which we persist in doing becomes easier to do. Not that the nature of the thing has changed, but that our ability to do has increased.”

7-Mastery: At this level of awareness, there is a higher level of thought. This is where a person will respond instead of react. A person will stop and think; think and act. At this level of awareness, there is a higher level of humor, creativity, enthusiasm, excitement, love and gratitude.

In our opinion, this is the first step to obtaining anything you want in life.  Outside of specialized knowledge, this information is very important if you want to achieve homeownership.  You may not understand exactly how to start doing something like this everyday, I didn’t at first.  I started researching how I could use what Hill is talking about below to obtain many of my dreams & goals.  And it is working, it is always working and it will never stop!  Try reading this several times.  You may not have noticed this but you have stumbled upon something that if you take it seriously, it will change your life!

This page is directly from Napoleon Hill’s ~ Think & Grow Rich book.  If you can teach yourself to be always thinking about your goals and to refuse any bad thoughts, you will obtain your definition of success.  Merely writing this out & reading it twice a day is a way that you can achieve your definition of success.

Once you start doing what Napoleon Hill suggests, you will start to see your life changing.   Not only can you buy a home but you can improve your life forever! You can start by renting to own a house in Ontario, Canada. You only need a low down payment, a stable income & less than perfect credit is okay.
